INTRODUCTION
My project is dedicated to tackling the urgent problem of Ocean pollution and achieving SDG 14. The project’s key focus is on the designing of a new type of interceptor for the purpose of fast and efficient plastic waste removal from narrow river channels. The procedure involves first intercepting and then blocking littered plastics from entering the ocean, which ultimately leads to the systematic collection of these wastes. Then after collecting all the trash, the system moves all the trash into the recycling station. I am hoping to achieve my goal of reducing ocean pollution and improving the quality of our environment, which will be cleaner and healthier.
By implementing this innovative solution, I am not only working towards achieving SDG 14.1 but also contributing significantly to the preservation of marine environments and biodiversity.

When flood waters enter the base, the water will flow into a pipeline triggering the car airbag-inspired deployment mechanism and releasing the floating storage unit. With a gentle but effective impact, this allows the storage unit to float on the water’s surface.
